My philosophy is to
create a win-win scenario for the candidate and the client. Prior
to my experience in the search industry, I was a candidate
myself and was placed by an executive recruiter. I understand
what it feels like to go through the placement process and
I want to treat my candidates with the respect they deserve
during this process! As a top-ranked account executive
with the nations largest search firm, I also gained a keen
understanding of what it takes to develop a client’s trust. I
am in this business to develop long-term relationships with
my candidates and my clients. I am acutely aware that
if you are happy with my service, you will use me again or
will refer your associates to me.
